UM-3-1 hand wheel electric actuator

1. Connect to quarter turn valves (such as ball valve, butterfly valve,
　and damper), control valve open and close, with ISO5211
　mounting dimension F07.
2. Nylon housing, IP67 water proof that avoid water, dust, and
　corrosion damage.
3. Stable operating that avoid water hammer and noise.
4. Position indicator to show the status of valve open or close.

  1. Suggest rated torque 75% of max. torque, use with rated torque to keep the lifetime longer. 
  2. Regulation 5 minutes per travel, if operating times over one travel in 5 minutes, kindly select our smart type (30% duty cycle) or fast type (100% duty cycle) actuator.

  • Heater

    Heater can make inside temperature of electric actuator higher and dryer to prevent the damage of the electric actuator that caused by the frozen of lube oil or the moisture. It also has the function of thermal protector. When the temperature inside the electric actuator exceed the heater can bear, the thermal protector will be triggered to lower the temperature. The voltage of heater is required as as the same as electric actuator.
    It's recommended not to install the heater when the temperature is over 35℃/95℉.

  • FAILSAFE

    For emergency use, when power fail, the function will be triggered to supply power, and the users can operate the electric actuator to open or close status.
    Introduction:
    1. Battery type.
    2. Need power to charge the
    　battery ( as least 8 hours
    　of the first use. )
    3. Preset the open or close in our
    　factory.
    4. With extra limit switch.
    5. No IP67 of the case.

  • Extra limit switch (Dry contact)

    Feedback signal of valve status, a contact that is isolated from a power supply, volt free. 1pc of open status and 1pc of close status.

  • Aluminum housing

    Aluminum housing IP68 water
    proof protection, for outdoor
    use that against dust and water.

  • Connector and bracket

    To connect electric actuator and valve when the electric actuator and valves are not match.
